Life Skill Workshop ‘IGNITE’ was conducted on 12 June 2024 at the Seminar Hall- SIBM, Noida. The IGNITE workshop, facilitated by Mr. Sukhvinder Singh, Former Vice President of Animations and Interactive at Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd., was a transformative experience aimed at enhancing the life skills of students. The session, with a special emphasis on “I” (Inner Engineering), focused on cultivating self-awareness and emotional intelligence to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
Workshop Objectives:
- To become more self-aware and overcome life challenges effectively.
- To understand the inner engineering of our mind and how to apply it in our day-to-day life to facilitate an action-oriented approach to cater to various life situations.
- To understand the mental programming that we have been going through unconsciously on a day-to-day basis and suffer.
- To enhance spatial awareness and observe our thoughts and then align them for better clarity.
- To use highly effective Mindfulness techniques and there by being MORE aware so that we can see the OPPORTUNITIES/THREATS clearly and make quick decisions.
