Mr. Dharm Rakshit, Plant HR head & Lead Employee Relations-HR, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.

An alumnus of XISS, Mr Rakshit comes with over 27 years of experience in Human resources and employee relations with expertise in HR, Talent Management & Development, HR Strategy in Sync with Business Growth drivers, Change & Transformation, HR Policy Design & Agility, building High Performance-driven Culture, Employee Relations & Transformation, and Compliance & Governance, etc. He has been associated with Hero MotoCorp since 2017.

Prior to that, he was working with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as Head of Employee Relations, where he was leading Employee Relations for the L&T Construction Division and supporting six SBUs of the Division in terms of shaping agile ER framework.

He has also worked with Godrej Industries and associate companies, Mondelez International, Coca Cola Beverages and Tata Steel.

Mr. Abhishek Singh: Head – Regional Purchase, Britannia Industries Ltd.

Mr. Abhishek is working professional with about 23 Years of work experience in the FMCG companies. He is an alumni of XLRI (Jamshedpur ) and Symbiosis (Pune).He has done his PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His area of specialisation is in the Back End Supply Chain which is mainly Procurement, Supply availability, Vendor Capability Development, Warehousing, Transportation etc.

He is passionate about Industry-Academic Interface, Research and Application Based Learning.

Mr. Kulpreett Singh Sawhney, Talent Director - IMEA (South West Asia, Middle East & Africa, IHG Hotels & Resorts.

With more than 20+ years of experience dedicated to the field of HR across multiple geographies, Mr. Kulpreett has found that his career-best moments occur when working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to create higher performing organizations. Have always committed to building the bridge between business outcomes, people capability and organizational effectiveness. He enjoys working across cultures, Leading, and driving Complex Organizational Change Projects to deliver on strategic objectives by creating solutions that pull from many different areas of Human Resources specialties.

Mr. Premjeet Sodhi, Chief Strategy Officer - Wavemaker

Mr. Premjeet Sodhi, a seasoned professional and the Chief Strategy Officer at Wavemaker. Born and raised in Nagpur, Mr. Sodhi has had the privilege of living in various cities like Jallandhar, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and currently resides in Gurgaon. With an academic background in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University, he further pursued his post-graduation at IRMA. Mr. Sodhi began his career in research, working with the research division of Mudra in Ahmedabad and later with the Media Research Users Council in Mumbai. Having a keen interest in the rural domain, he dedicated several years to working with Ogilvy Outreach, a unit of O&M, where he contributed to notable accounts such as Castrol, Asian Paints, and many others.

Since 2002, Mr. Sodhi has been actively involved in the media industry, primarily focusing on strategy. He held leadership positions for Initiative (IPG Mediabrands) in Mumbai and Delhi, serving as the business lead. Over his 15-year tenure with IPG Mediabrands, the second-largest media group in India, Mr. Sodhi worked with renowned brands such as Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj Auto, Sony, Amazon, ITC, Reckitt, Heinz, and Infoedge.

In 2018, he joined GroupM, the largest media group in India, where he took charge of leading the media business for Hindustan Unilever, the country’s largest FMCG account. Currently, as the Chief Strategy Officer for Wavemaker, the second-largest agency in India, Mr. Sodhi plays a vital role in shaping the agency’s strategic direction. Wavemaker’s key clients, including Mondelez, Perfetti, ITC, Vodafone, and Netflix, benefit from his expertise.

Ms. Aarti Gulati, Managing Director and Head Enterprise Transformation - APAC, CITI

Ms. Aarti Gulati is a highly experienced and internationally acclaimed senior executive specializing in transformation and finance. With a distinguished career spanning various domains, including Investment Banking finance, Shared services, Transformational projects, Strategic Analytics, and Regulatory Reporting, she has earned a reputation for excellence and innovation. Her expertise lies in a diverse range of areas, including Transformation, Digital Services, Finance, Offshoring, Strategy, Analytics, Project Management, Business Development, Regulatory Reporting, and Diversity Initiatives. Her multifaceted skill set enables her to tackle complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives that deliver impactful results.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a proven track record of successfully setting up and executing critical projects that are pivotal to the success of the franchise. Her keen eye for detail, combined with her visionary leadership, has earned her accolades in the industry.

As the Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Transformation for the Asia-Pacific region at CITI, she plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and progress within the organization. Her commitment to excellence, passion for transformation, and strategic mindset have propelled her to the forefront of her field.

Mr. A.V. Surya, CEO and Co-Founder - Convergent

Mr. Surya has 26 years of extensive experience in designing and leading various research projects that have been feeding into innovative communication strategies. In the development sector, Mr. Surya was leading very successful and large-scale Pan-India projects on various sectors including Public Health, Livelihoods, Education, Gender, Social Development, etc. His contributions through his research work include various campaigns in India in the areas of immunization (pulse polio vaccination for UNICEF), family planning, behaviour change communication in HIV/AIDS etc. More recently Surya was leading the research project on vaccine hesitancy in India funded by GAVI for Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

The project, which has a mix of qualitative and ethnographic techniques such as Human Centered Designs, was expected to throw light on the barriers for the behaviour change among parents related to the immunization compliances for their children. Surya also has significantly contributed to the family planning and sanitation campaigns through research projects funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID and Government of India.
Mr. Surya has extensive experience of also working with various corporate clients such as Pepsi, Nestle, Honda R&D, EID Parry on various research projects that influenced their communication, product and distribution decisions. Mr.Surya worked as MLE head of Safal Shuruat Project funded by GAVI in partnership with Group-M. The project has been a landmark in changing the behaviours related immunization and handwashing in India with innovative research & implementation methods. The role that was played by Mr.Surya in terms of designing and implementing actionable research was widely acknowledged by various stakeholders.
Mr. Surya has been working with many government organizations and their partners including Government of India (Ministry of HRD, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) along with development sector organizations like BMGF, Packard Foundation etc.
Mr.Surya also has played key research and advisory role for clients in the corporate sector (Pepsi, Unilever, Marico, Nestle, Honda R&D and Airtel).
Mr.Surya worked with leading multinational organizations like Nielsen and Kantar. He was working as CEO-South Asia at Kantar when he decided to set-up Convergent, his current organization.

Mr. Sumeet Soni, CEO - Blue Ocean Consulting

Mr. Sumeet Soni, the CEO of Blue Ocean Consulting and has over 25 years of corporate experience across lifestyle brands with organisation such as Arvind Lifestyle, Raymond and Adidas. He is working as a Business Consultant with Adisport group to transform it from being retail dominated to and Omni channel organisation apart from building a digital-led fashion brand of jewellery, men and women and traditional wear by the name Minaki. In his career, he has successfully demonstrated the ability to launch and build new brands relaunch existing brands with a futuristic ‘Go-To-Market’ strategy, across consumer segments.

His deep understanding of consumer segmentation coupled with a strong knowledge of the brand and product/merchandising management has helped in creating disruptive but successful business strategies for like Raymond.

Mr. Mukesh Guraiya: CMO - Modi Naturals:

Mr. Mukesh is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Modi Naturals Ltd, an Indian FMCG company in F&B space. Mr. Mukesh is an experienced sales & marketing professional with more than 14 years of expertise in Brand and marketing management. He brings with him diverse knowledge owning to exposure to different sectors and industries. He has experience across FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Smartphone, Consumer internet and Media and has worked with some of the finest brands like Philips, Rado Watches, LAVA Smartphones, Bloomberg, and CNBC.

Mr. Priyaranjan Kumar is a true Indian having lived and worked in 32 States and UTs of Bharat. He finished his schooling from St. Peter’s College, Agra, engineering from JSSATE, Bangalore, post which he completed his MBA from XIM Bhubaneshwar. An engineer by education and a salesman by choice, Mr. Priyaranjan has consciously tried to build a multi-sector, multi-geography, multi-culture fungible work profile. He Started his career with selling Aluminum Roofing Sheets & been associated with diverse product categories like OTC Medicines, Alcoholic Beverages, Chocolates, Personal Care, Apparel, E. Commerce and Private Equity across India in Bluechip MNC’s as

well as startups starting from Aditya Birla Group, Ranbaxy Consumer Healthcare, United Breweries, Mars Chocolates, Nivea India, Iconic Fashion, Snapdeal and Ananta Capital. After 18 Years+ of diverse experience & having led large teams as well small teams he understands the nuances of India. He is currently the CEO of Retail Businesses of Ananta Capital namely Guardian pharmacy, Bella Vita and Springwell Mattress. He has built his career on pillars of simplicity, speed, scale and sustainability and believes that there is always a solution because our situation is like the flow of water. In Pine Labs, Mr. Pratyush is currently Region Head, North & East & National Sales Head, FAVE. Mr. Pratyush has been an Economic Times Young Leader and a O P Jindal scholar. Mr. Pratyush is an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur. Mr. Pratyush is a diversity champion, and leads “Diversity Leadership Talk Series” in Pine Labs.
