Mr. Dharm Rakshit, Plant HR head & Lead Employee Relations-HR, Hero MotoCorp Ltd. 

An alumnus of XISS, Mr Rakshit comes with over 27 years of experience in Human resources and employee relations with expertise in HR, Talent Management & Development, HR Strategy in Sync with Business Growth drivers, Change & Transformation, HR Policy Design & Agility, building High Performance-driven Culture, Employee Relations & Transformation, and Compliance & Governance, etc. He has been associated with Hero MotoCorp since 2017.

Prior to that, he was working with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as Head of Employee Relations, where he was leading Employee Relations for the L&T Construction Division and supporting six SBUs of the Division in terms of shaping agile ER framework.

He has also worked with Godrej Industries and associate companies, Mondelez International, Coca Cola Beverages and Tata Steel.

Mr. Premjeet Sodhi

Mr. Premjeet Sodhi, Chief Strategy Officer - Wavemaker

Mr. Premjeet Sodhi, a seasoned professional and the Chief Strategy Officer at Wavemaker. Born and raised in Nagpur, Mr. Sodhi has had the privilege of living in various cities like Jallandhar, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and currently resides in Gurgaon. With an academic background in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University, he further pursued his post-graduation at IRMA. Mr. Sodhi began his career in research, working with the research division of Mudra in Ahmedabad and later with the Media Research Users Council in Mumbai. Mr. A. V. Surya

Mr. A.V. Surya, CEO and Co-Founder - Convergent

Mr. Surya has 26 years of extensive experience in designing and leading various research projects that have been feeding into innovative communication strategies. In the development sector, Mr. Surya was leading very successful and large-scale Pan-India projects on various sectors including Public Health, Livelihoods, Education, Gender, Social Development, etc. His contributions through his research work include various campaigns in India in the areas of immunization (pulse polio vaccination for UNICEF), family planning, behaviour change communication in HIV/AIDS etc. More recently Surya was leading the research project on vaccine hesitancy in India funded by GAVI for Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

The project, which has a mix of qualitative and ethnographic techniques such as Human Centered Designs, was expected to throw light on the barriers for the behaviour change among parents related to the immunization compliances for their children. Surya also has significantly contributed to the family planning and sanitation campaigns through research projects funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID and Government of India.
Mr. Surya has extensive experience of also working with various corporate clients such as Pepsi, Nestle, Honda R&D, EID Parry on various research projects that influenced their communication, product and distribution decisions. Mr.Surya worked as MLE head of Safal Shuruat Project funded by GAVI in partnership with Group-M. The project has been a landmark in changing the behaviours related immunization and handwashing in India with innovative research & implementation methods. The role that was played by Mr.Surya in terms of designing and implementing actionable research was widely acknowledged by various stakeholders.
Mr. Surya has been working with many government organizations and their partners including Government of India (Ministry of HRD, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) along with development sector organizations like BMGF, Packard Foundation etc.
Mr.Surya also has played key research and advisory role for clients in the corporate sector (Pepsi, Unilever, Marico, Nestle, Honda R&D and Airtel).
