Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Noida, successfully launched Excelsior 2024, an enriching 10-day induction program for the incoming MBA batch (2024-2026), which ran from June 11 to June 21, 2024. Excelsior 2024 is designed to help new students transition smoothly into their MBA journey by fostering connections, providing practical insights, and building a solid foundation for the years ahead.
This dynamic program features a variety of sessions aimed at developing a comprehensive understanding of management. Students participated in interactive workshops led by industry experts, engaging in ice-breaking activities, management games, and insightful panel discussions. The inaugural session set an inspiring tone, followed by activities such as industry visits, “Know Your Senior” interactions and real-world simulations that connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
